We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • The return request must be made within 14 days from the date you received your order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used CBD products (due to health and safety regulations).

  • Items without their original packaging.

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).

4. How to Return an Item

  1. Email info@emi-jane.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. We will confirm your return request and provide instructions.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@emi-jane.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
